-No, you don’t have to be. We can arrange access to the property in advance so you can go about your day without interruption.

Yes, all of our staff have current public liability insurance incase anything should go wrong you will be covered.

We recommend that you keep the same cleaner for as long as you are happy with their work. It is important to us that you can build trust and a relationship with your cleaner and be confident in their results. On the odd occasion you may have a replacement cleaner if your regular cleaner is on holiday or sick but we will always keep you informed.

-We can do Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly cleans. The more often you do it the easier it will be to maintain.

-We understand things can change at the last minute. When rescheduling we require at least 24 hours notice and there are no penalties or fees.

-Yes! We love doing business with our customers friends and families, both you and your friend will receive a $25 credit on your account when refer someone to us for a full house clean.

-Yes, we use only eco-friendly products for all of our equipment. Health and safety of your family is important to us.
